Colour Experiments and Final Images

COLOUR

These are my favourite colour images to date. I have
still to update my blog with my camera images.

I have chosen for my colour images to go for quite obvious pretty images, and also to go for some photos I have already taken which are quite indifferent to the subject what I am doing.

I like this photo because even though its mainly black because it was shot at night on an areoplane the focus of attention is in the middle area where the strange colours were.

I have edited this by cropping the light at the top out so it brings more attention to the colours in the middle.

I like this image because it bursts with colour. I like also how the are scattered green leaves throughout the image which breaks the colours up a bit.
This will be one of my final colour images. I have Cropped the black parts off the image because even though they look effective in a way i think that it is un needed and takes the viewers eye off the main subject.

I was thinking of various colours to use and what objects were in season what gave out great christmas colours. When i was told we needed extra christmas decorations tinsel automatically sprung to mind.
The way you can capture a sparkle in any photo of whats in it is really interesting and the different shines.

These are a few of the trials and experiments I have done to this image to see if i would like to enhance this image further to be a final image.

I clicked on a filter on photoshop and went on mezzotint. I saw that the effect was a ver fuzzy unknown looking filter, making the image look covered and unrecognizble. Although i clicked onto this filter the outcome below wasn't as sucessful.

My second attempt was to use a different filter to see what would happen. This filter was called Pinch, when I realised what it would do i was easily attracted to it. i had to try  couple of time for the effect to be what i wanted but when i got there in the end, it was effective.
